How does it work? While traditional teeth whitening treatments would use the active ingredient Hydrogen Peroxide, after years of research hismile use Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid (or PAP, for short) which gives the same whitening benefits but without any any risk of sensitivity, pain, or damage. How to use:

• Thoroughly dry teeth with a tissue or similar, and peel off longer strip and apply sticky side to top teeth.
• Press strip down firmly and fold over back of teeth to secure.
• Simply repeat for the shorter strip on bottom teeth.
• Allow 30 minutes for whitening treatment.
• Easily peel off remove strips and rinse mouth with water.

You can use these strips as often as needed.

My experience: I found the teeth whitening strips so bloody convenient, quick and easy and as I said before, I did the entire treatment from bed each evening while watching television/scrolling Instagram. The strips adhered easily to both sets of teeth and fit my top teeth perfectly, and using a tissue to dry the teeth made life simple. I did find as I have lower gums on my bottom teeth that I did have to do a little wrangling to ensure all the surface of my teeth were covered, which was easy enough with a mirror for reference.

I experienced ZERO sensitivity, irritation or anything of the like which is a first, and one I was very thankful for. In the past, I’ve used brands that claim to whiten teeth without sensitivity, but after a few sessions my teeth are feeling off, and anything cold is painful - you know what I mean.
