My Skinade Review

When the headline reads ‘Drink your way to younger looking skin in just 30 days with skinade‘ you know I’m going to be all over this beauty supplement range. We’re talking increased skin hydration and radiance, reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, increased skin suppleness and healthier looking hair and nails, simply by consuming 1 yummy peach flavoured beverage daily. Meet skinade.

skinade is a drink that works from the inside out, to rebuild and strengthen the colleagean matrix below the skins surface, to enhance your skins beauty. The high-grade colleagean is sourced from fresh water fish, which is low in sodium and avoids mercury contamination. Its six active ingredients work synergistically to promote optimal skin function. As a liquid supplement, its innovative formulation is highly bio-available, meaning that the body can absorb and make use of a higher proportion of the active nutrients.

Simply drink 1 bottle or sachet per day for maximum results. skinade does not need to be stored in the fridge, and comes in two versions: a ready-mixed 150ml bottle and 15ml travel sachet with both products having exactly the same efficacy.

skinade active ingredients are 100% in solution allowing for an absorption rate of 95%. If you were to take skinade’s ingredients in tablet form, you would need to swallow around 20 large tablets a day, which is more effort to digest than if you were to simply consume in a drinkable form, for maximum absorption rate. skinade does not contain bovine or porcine products, hormones, genetically modified organisms, alcohol, added sugar, artificial flavours or artificial colours.  skinade is free from lactose, gluten and dairy. *For more on the ingredients within, please visit this link.

Firstly, I was beyond excited when I was flicking through the handbook within the package and noticed that an included ingredients within the drink included L-Lysine, which I’ve read over the years is great for preventing coldsores, and I suffer from at least 3-4 each year so big props for this! The drink has a mango-esque taste that was fine, not exactly yummy but certainly drinkable with no side effects whatsoever in the 30 days. The trial package included 20 bottles of supplements and 10 travel sachets that simply needed mixing with water – perfect for those jetsetters who want to get around the overseas liquid guidelines.

By day 12, I’d  noticed a significant increase in the growth of my nails to the point I looked down and was like ‘woah, where did they come?!’. I was flaunting these babies around left, right and centre and they were hard as nails whilst I was consuming skinade. That said, I did lose 8 of my nails due to peeling once I had finished the trial, which was such a drag.

I did notice a softer feel and appearance to my skin, although I don’t think it was a visual change as no-one commented, but I personally felt my skin all over just felt better, if that makes sense? I did find myself applying less face treatments each week, and completely enjoyed the 30 day trial.

I 100% found this trial beneficial and will reorder skinade once again, and honestly recommend this to anyone who is looking to give their skin and nails a boost. I often wonder about results from skinade after 90 days, so I’m going to have to give it a try!
