Should you have a lip scrub in your beauty stash? If you regularly wear lipliners and lipstick, especially matte ones – then yes!
Lipsticks, no matter how moisturising they are, will eventually leave lips feeling dry and sometimes tight, and simply applying a lipbalm won’t cut it. For a flawless pout, it’s best practice to scrub your lips with a gentle lip scrub after your evening cleanse, then swipe on a hydrating lip balm or a even lip mask before bed. The scrub will exfoliate the skin on and around your lips leaving you with baby soft skin and I promise you, you’ll actually wonder how you ever survived without a lip scrub before!
You can DIY a lip scrub recipe with advice from Pinterest, but for the luxurious option, I’ve popped my favourite lip scrubs below.
